
Automotive Technician
As an Experienced Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You should have a strong understanding of automotive systems and be capable of performing complex repairs with minimal supervision. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and other vehicle systems.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify mechanical problems accurately.

Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and recommended repairs.

Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automotive repair is preferred.

Minimum of [5+] years of hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic.

ASE Certification(s) highly preferred.

Must own your own tools.

Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.

Proficiency with a variety of tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
